Shree Swāmi Vibhūtī Sākshātkār

The miracle, where a stream of "Vibhūtī" emerged continuously from Shree Swāmi Samarth’s photograph, took place during the period, 1 st July to 18th July (Aashadh Shukla Ekadashi to Aashadh Krushna Dwādashi ), prior to this particular miracles many other miracles had taken place in my life. Almost one hundred thousand people visited our house to witness the ‘Vibhūtī Miracle’. Many requested me lovingly to write a small book about this incidence. In fact it was Swāmi’s will and command, that I write a book on Vibhūtī Sākshātkār. Keeping all this in mind, I wrote this book. I have stated THRUTH and only but the THRUTH in this book. It was a humble attempt but in reality the word ‘Attempt’ is also wrong, because I physically wrote or described the incident but in actuality it was the Great Saint of ‘Akkalkot’, who dictated it to me.

Before coming to the main topic, let me give you all some idea about my background. We are originally from Sātārā (A district in Mahārāshtrā). My father became an orphan at a very young age, since there was no one to look after him; his Paternal Aunt Mrs. Bhagirithi Phadatare brought him to Pune. My Grandfather 'Narsimha' and Great Grandfather 'Pirajirao' were very devout. Grandfather was extremely ritualistic and used to perform "Pooja" in "Wet Clothes" ( It is supposed to be very meritorious to chant Mantras and perform the "Pooja" wearing wet clothes) and then himself cook "Naivaidya" (Special food cooked for Lord and offered to him with great Love and reverence) and offer it to the Lord. The deities in our "Devghar" (Alter or a special room to keep the deities) have been with us for more than five generations i.e. approx 400 hundred years old. Our ancestors were religious, patriotic and aware of their social responsibilities. They used their wealth for the welfare of the Society and Country.
